Marken & Zaanse Schans

 Last Friday, we did a first excursion with my parents in the Netherlands.

先週の金曜日は、オランダに初めて遊びに来た両親とのお出かけ。

According to the tip from my boss we visited Marken.

Marken is a small port town. You can reach there in only 20 minutes by car from Amsterdam. But you will see totally different kind of traditional houses or native dresses from Amsterdam. It's just cute.

私のボスのアドバイスに従い、Markenへ。

Markenは小さな港町で、Amsterdamからは車で20分ほどです。

でも、 Amsterdamとはまた全く違う伝統的なお家や民族衣装が見られます。

About 5 o'clock we arrived at  Zaanse Schans.

We had still such a beautiful blue sky☆

5時頃、 Zaanse Schansに到着。

まだこんなにすてきな青空が広がっていました。 

 Yes, windmills!!

見た通り、風車です！

  

And it's me moving like a windmiｌl.

そして風車の真似をする私。

There was a lovely wooden shoe factory.

It's really interesting♪

とてもかわいい木靴の工房もありました。

おもしろかったです♪

Rijksmuseum

Last Saturday was very special day here in Amsterdam coz Rijksmuseum was finally opened after more than 10 years of closing!!

先週の土曜日Amsterdamはとても特別な日でした。

10年以上も閉まっていた国立美術館がついにオープン！

From 12 o'clock it would be opened, so I was there about 11:30. But so many people were already there and enjoyed the opening ceremony.

12時からオープンだったので、11時半には行きました。

でも、すでにすごい人で、みんなオープニングセレモニーを楽しんでいました。

 Queen was also there. 

She's not the real one unfortunately, but I saw the real queen too for the first time.

女王様もいらっしゃっていました。

彼女は残念ながら本物ではないけれど、本物の女王様にも初めてお目にかかれました。

And the queen opened the very heavy door with this very big key.

女王様は、このとても大きなカギでとても重い扉を開いてくれました。

Yes, we can go inside finally!

ついに中に入れます!

Yes, we are! 

来ました！

These pictures were drawn before I was born, of course. But I'm so familiar with them. These landscape or atmosphere in Amsterdam winter were never changed. It's just awesome!

この絵はもちろん私が生まれる前に描かれたものです。でも、なんだかとても親近感。というのも、今のアムステルダムの冬の風景、雰囲気が全く変わっていないんです。それってなんだかすごいことだなあとただただ思いました。

I live here for about one and half years and I got through two winters. And now I think that I can understand better than before why people here love flowers or colors so much.

こっちに来て約1年半、冬を2回乗り越えました。そして今私は、なぜここの人たちがこんなに花や色を愛するのか、以前よりよく理解できるようになった気がします。

Cafe Latei

One day I was in a cafe with my friends.

We met last time also there. It's a really lovely nice place to be.

Actually when I passed by there alone before, I would not go inside somehow. Thank you for my friends!

  ある日、友達とカフェにいました。 前回もここで会ったんだけど、とてもすてきなところです。

以前一人でここを通りかかった時は、入らなかったんだけど。
友達に感謝！

We were sitting upstairs this time.

今回は上の階で。

 You see so many nice vintage stuffs in this cafe. 

And almost everything in this cafe you can buy. Also the chairs we sat had price tags. It's fun!

このカフェにはヴィンテージのものがたくさん置いてあって、カフェにあるほぼ全てのものが買えます。 私たちが座った椅子にも値札がついてるし。楽しい！ 

 

Anyway we were waiting for something this time.

そして私たちは待っているものがありました。

They said that this time might be sour coz they used such a kind of apples.

Zürich in a weekend

I went to Zürich a few weeks ago to see my friend came from Japan.

日本から来ていた友達に会いに、数週間Zürichに行きました。

 

I like old part of cities. They remind me of the time when I studied in Germany.

やっぱり旧市街が好きです。ドイツに留学していた時を思い出しました。

I can't stop going into narrow alleys like this.

こういう狭い路地行かずにはいられません。

 And everytime I find something nice☆
